    This is the official learning management system of the Institute of Industry and Academic Research Incorporated (IIARI). It specializes in courses addressing Teaching, Research and Industry Needs.  

    The Institute of Industry and Academic Research Incorporated (IIARI) offers low-cost quality courses and trainings with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification from United Kingdom. It develops its own online courses, trainings both online and onsite, and workshops. These are accompanied by the necessary course guide, learning skills development, learning outcomes and timed agenda to enable learners maximize learning. All programs have equivalent units (1 unit is equivalent to 1 training hour).

    The institute is a registered non-stock, non-profit company under the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission that aims to be in the forefront of low-cost quality training and development. It is also a registered book publisher under the National Book Development Board (NBDB), Republic of the Philippines. The company secures legal measures to operate within the bounds of its incorporation.

    In terms of quality training and development, the institute commits to providing relevant and updated programs provided by highly skilled and qualified speakers and trainers from the academe and the industry. It has a network of professionals and experts worldwide that can provide the necessary training. With the applied-based system of training and workshop, the institute ensures participants that the theoretical approach to training is supplemented by the practical application. It is the aim of the programs to give participants with necessary skills needed for their workplace.

    • How to register to the course?

      1. Choose the online course that you want. Remember that you can complete online course at your own pace although each online course has equivalent number of hours. To read more about the courses, click here. 
      2. Register to any course in two (2) ways:
            • Pay the necessary training course fee. There are three ways to pay: bank deposit/transfer, PayPal or GCash. To proceed with payment, click here. After payment, register though this form.  Ensure that you paid the course fee and attached the proof of payment. Ensure that your contact details (email & mobile number) are correct. You shall receive registration confirmation through your email. 
            • Register directly through Moodle. After verifying your email, login to the Moodle and choose any course. Enroll to any course directly by paying the appropriate course fee via PayPal.

        Sign in to the Moodle and start with your ONLINE LEARNING experience! Ensure that you complete the required sections of the course especially the assessments at the end of each lecture. Once you have completed the online course, you will instantly unlock and download the TWO e-certificates.

    This course awards two e-certificates upon successful completion of the 13-session lectures and assessments. This course is equivalent to 30 hours of self-paced lectures and assessments. Before you begin with your lecture, take some time to read the following guidelines:

    Course Overview. This training course is offered to beginners of English language. It aims to equip the learners with the necessary English communication skills that can be applied in university, office and business settings. It also aims to guide and help learners in English placement tests such as IELTS. The primary specific focus of the course is academic and business English. It provides powerful daily lessons that help improve the learners’ listening, reading, speaking and writing skills..

    Learning Outcomes. The course expects you to: develop proficiency in listening and reading English conversations and short/long essays; use appropriate vocabulary and English grammar in speaking and writing; orally present a case, a research-based information campaign or a product marketing; prepare written academic essay, business document or business proposal using proper English vocabulary and grammar.

    Holistic Human Resource and Employee Engagement
